Where is Lekki phase 2?

Good evening.

Lekki Phase 2 is located in the east of Eti-Osa Local Government Council development Area (LCDA) of Lagos state. It is about two or three minutes’ drive from Victoria Garden City and fifteen minutes’ drive from Lekki Phase 1 and Victoria Island. It is located opposite Abraham Adesanya Estate.

Lekki Phase 2, which was designed in 1996, is a well planned residential scheme sitting on approximately 514.53 hectares of land, 3,095 residential plots, 47 mixed development plots, 26 institutional plots and 17 recreational plots. It has a good drainage system, 24hrs water treatment and supply, good road network etc.


Lekki Phase 2 also known as Lekki Peninsula Scheme ii was an initiative of Lagos state government to meet the yearnings of the masses for plots of land to build personal houses.
