I passed thro that building several times and i always wondered why it was never in use. i was in the faculty of technology (elect/elect) between 1997 and 2003. i wish the university well in the law suit.

i av a coperate dom account with stanbic ibtc. it was very easy to open since i av been banking with them since 2003 as chartered bank. i use my dom account basically for goods procurement mainly frm south africa and china but one recent problem with stanbic is they are deducting wht they call offshore charges. on every transaction, they deduct 4k from my current account plus 1% of total money i am transfering in USD plus this offshore thing (also in USD frm my dom account) which unfortunately is not defined.
can someone tell me what his/her experience is with regards to payment for overseas goods with a dom account from other banks?

a certain chidinma took over 55mins to register a simm. she ws jst humping around their tiny office like a onfused fellow. my wife and i were sitted on the queue, only for her to leave her desk and minutes later, someone else surfaced frm inside to tell us that their stupid machine has suddenly developed a hypertension.
nonesense people!!! d announcement was made in such a way as if the next person whose simm was to be registered is nt a human being. my wife gave them a piece of her mind.
