Before we do anything the very first measures is to take all men of all decision making immediately, and actually out of any kind of social, professional position whatsoever.

All of men's(alive or euthanized) belongings, property, resources and land will be confiscated from men and handed back to female care and supervision---property right over land would be abolished. You can't own land!

All men at least above 15 (or younger should live separately from women and children, on their own in small huts or studios, isolated from one another so that women can keep an eye on them ( they should never be in groups or packs, that will be illegal). So it will also be illegal for male adults to impose their presence on females, girls and children. Men should have to care for themselves on their own: Food, laundry, etc. No male above his age of puberty would be allowed to receive any kind of service from a female. Their life expectancy would probably drop at the age of 40 but that's how things should be, women's life expectancy without men should rise to 130years at least.

Boys would definitely not be around the girls, certainly not most of the time and never beyond the age of puberty.

Young men should rather be HECTORED by women and the only way to have relationship with women is to EMASCULATE their masculinity and KOWTOW to the womens every whim and fancy and it will strengthen the stability and harmony of relationship in a fundamental way
