Do you have a real estate project (commercial or residential) that is on hold due to lack of funding/finance? We are able to arrange and provide funding/financing for commercially viable real estate projects on a case-by-case basis. CRITERIA 1. Must be commercially viable. 2. Secured land title (C of O, etc). 3. Fully approved government Building Plan/Permit to include Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Engineering drawings. 4. Bill of Quantities. 5. Location: Lagos and Abuja, but would consider other viable locations depending on project specifics. 6. Fully completed Feasibility Study/Business Plan. 7. There may be some additional criteria as the case may be. If your project satisfies the above conditions, then in the first instance, send the following information to the email below; 1. Project Summary. 2. Value of land. 3. Funding/financing required. 4. Your name. 5. Telephone number. 6. Current location. Send to: landetc@hotmail.com - and we would get back to you shortly. ^^^ Have you done any research into Utako and land prices? Especially land of that size? We are talking almost 5 plots in a prime residential area of Utako where you will hardly find any empty plots for sale! Comments are welcome, but please let them be informed comments. |
