please i run a PT course for ND and am trying to do HND,,,,,what about those that av registered for JAMB before in 2013 without sitting for the exam,,, will the old registration Number be used or a new one

please guys I registered for JAMB exam in 2013 but I didn't sat for the exam please will I be paying 10000 or the half payment when I get to jamb office because I still have the Jamb slip

And I told him the rules of the website
It’s subscribe and get updates and also be added to the Reddnut Private group where we send the jobs with their full details
I’m yet to even explain to him ,he started ranting to say it’s scam
Scam in what way if I may ask?
