Thank all nairalanders especially those that gave constructive suggestions and advices. I settled for Spectranet today, the wireless router was tested and we had a good network. I'm planning to take etisalat modem for back up.
However I'm still battling with how to prevent/monitor download/upload......any one with software to take care that?
