I wonder why most of the Clients don't use to understand how Agent works, and they treat many of us as if it a sin to choose being a Real estate Agent. Some of them are so arrogant and unfriendly relating to us as if all Real Estate Agent are Bad. imagine I got to leave my office to catch up with unscheduled appointment with a Client at Mr Biggs in Ketu,just few minutes ago on my way I called the Landlord again that we are on our way to inspect the property, He announced to me that the payment of the flat is going on now, I have a choice at this point,either to go and meet the waiting Client at Mr biggs or call him to tell him the property is gone, but I choose to still went to him and explain, but to my dismay He just zoom off without word than " This what I don't like about these people" what a disgusting behavior?
Please note that, many of these properties we market are been market by other agents as well. Especially a year rent property go very fast. Though I never mind him life goes on, thank God we do meet good Clients too.
