Perimeter Fencing and Estate Gate-House
Ambassage Properties Limited, the developer company of the Oakwood Park Estate has commenced the setting out of the estate ‘Gate-House’, and the ‘Perimeter Fencing’. As shown in some of the pictures posted so far, the ground area for these tasks have been marked out. Blocks, Cement, Sand, Granites and other materials needed are also on site. We are set to complete these tasks within the shortest period of time in order to encourage our subscribers who are already waiting to start their building development work. To this end, personnel (Staff and Contractors) have been mobilized and deployed to site. They work every week day, except on weekends.

Review of Price for Serviced Plots of Land
Please be informed that as from Friday, March 16th 2012, there would be changes in price of serviced plots as follows:
One-off (Outright) Payment Option: Presently, a plot of land is still being sold at =N=950,000.00 (NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY). This price would be sustained till Thursday, March 15th 2012. As from Friday, March 16th 2012, a serviced plot of land would be sold at =N=1.2 million (ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY).
Installment Payment Option: Presently a plot of land is still being sold at =N=1million (ONE MILLION NAIRA ONLY). Initial deposit of =N=100,000.00 (ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY), and a balance payment of =N=900,000.00 (NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY) to be spread over 12 months at the rate of =N=75,000.00 (SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY) per month. As from Friday, March 16th 2012, a plot of land would be sold at =N=1.5 million (ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY), to be spread over 15 months, at the rate of =N=100,000.00 (ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY) per month.
