I don't believe the Police account of aiming at the tyres and hitting the victim who was sitting behind the driver.... the back windshield should've been shattered if that really happened. But looking at one of the photos the right back door window seems to be broken. If so....then I would believe they were aiming to hit the driver but hit the passenger instead. However it turns out.... " in saner climes" the Police will not be charged .... but the driver will face .multiple charges including reckless driving and endangering the life of a minor. The driver is to be blamed period .... why didn't he stop? From the video ... they had him cornered and instead of surrendering he sped away. What if he had hit innocent pedestrians or crashed into other vehicles causing deaths? Is it then we would be shouting why didn't the Police shoot to stop him?
