2017 has been the best year so far, though it started rough, like losing mum while I was pregnant, unstable finances, and so on, but it brought to me the greatest joy ever, baby ELLA, thanks to nairaland mothers, that has helped through thick an thin period, I won't mention names coz the list is so long, I might have been a silent peeper, but I learned everything I know about taking care of my baby from you all. May this Christmas bring to you and yours good tidings and everlasting joy.

Yes, a 6month old can take butter. Brands like kerrygold, lurpark, oldenburger, president etc are very good. Their fat content is as high as 80%.

There are specific cereals for four months, gerber has rice or oat cereals for supported sitters or sitters. Go with rice first, introduce one at a time preferably rice to ensure ur dd isnt allergic to anyone

Good evening mamas, trust our los are doing well. Pls mamas, my 4month old has been on aptamil since she was 2month, now I want to introduce 4mth cereal to her but dh says she's too young. She is sitting already without support, she drags my spoon when eating, and also want to be breastfed few mins after feeding her 120-140ml of formula Pls help, how do I manage the situation. Sorry for the epistle. TIA
