Before your statistic can be accurate, you need to list numbers of streets and roads in Nigeria and each street must represent a church at least |
Politics › Re: Motorists React As CNG Price Hits ₦380/SCM by latiephwald: 8:37am On Sep 02, 2025*. Modified: 8:52am On Sep 02, 2025 |
This government once deceived us with promises of CNG, assuring us it would be four times cheaper than petrol. They removed fuel subsidies, only to turn around and increase CNG price, continuing squeezing us in hardship. Do they truly see the citizens as fools? Why do they make decisions without considering the suffering masses? Instead of uniting against oppression, many of us have allowed division to creep in. We fight tribal wars online while those in power exploit our silence. Some even defend bad governance simply because of tribe, sentiment, or the crumbs they manage to enjoy from this regime. But is this what we have become as a nation?
When citizens attempt to protest peacefully, they are met with military personnel, silenced before their voices can be heard. It is painful to realize how powerless we seem in our own land, unable to openly complain about the hardship we endure daily. But we must remember: power, wealth, and governance are temporary. Every soul shall taste death, and on that Day, every leader will give account of the oppression and every citizen will give account of their silence. This is not just about politics, it is about our future as a people. If we do not stand for truth and justice today, generations after us will inherit chains of poverty, division, and silence. |

Kobojunkie: Stop telling lies for Pete's sake! 🥱🥱🥱🥱
Gosh, you people are so chuck full of misinformation that one does not even know a lot of times what the intention really is. To win arguments for the sake of it or to deceive for the sake of maintaining status quo? 😩😩😩😩 I’ve come to realize that it can be difficult to have a balanced conversation when perspectives are tied to political sentiments. For this reason, I prefer not to engage further on a matter that seems to be approached from only one angle |

Kobojunkie: 1. A 17-year-old is quite old enough to make decisions on the contraceptive method of her choice. Children younger than that would require consent from their parents before getting such procedures done. And more importantly, I believe those procedures are legally accepted forms of contraception.
Implications of what exactly? Children getting birth control should be normal by now. What I am more interested in is why you are not incensed by the fact that the so-called discipline from her teacher is likely the cause of the bleeding?
What parents should no longer remain silent about is the assaulting of the minds and bodies of the children that have literally helped turn a whole nation into a nation of agberos/touts. You failed to understand that, many of the touts/Agbéró we see today grew up as over pampered children. Whenever someone tried to correct or discipline them, their parents fought back instead of allowing them to learn respect and boundaries. Now, as adults, those same children have become a threat, even to their own families. You will hardly see well trained and disciplined child grow up to misbehave recklessly. |

D you know that Lagos govt has limits the rate of issuing CofO? Also, having a CofO doesn't really guarantee you as permanent owner, it will only secure your compensation if govt need to demolish the property. For project or so. |
