One of the solution is agriculture revolution by the governor's... Seriously modern innovative agriculture... They should stopped elephant projects embarked on. Eg Makinde wasting money to do road that are in good shape already across Ibadan.. Billions of Naira budgeted for the project.. I never see such useless project before.. That money should be channel to agriculture and social intervention instead.. Oyo State have the lands.

In those days railway use to carry fuel from Apapa and even other haulage.. I once worked at Depot at Apapa and during rainy season even workers dont have access to depot and always affectsv work.. So they always have issues with distribution during some rain season...
