I had similar issue when I became Christian. My number problem was the mind set that if I don't pray 5 times a day, I can't be one with God, I don't even have to bother asking God for anything because my prayer won't be answered.

Here in Abuja, I know many guys with Christian names and Muslim surname. These are the people that their grand parents were muslims but their direct parent or them later converted.
