I went to withdraw 2k this evening from the little money in my account that I'm managing till I get a good job. Only for the pos operators to tell me insufficient fund or declined or error. I was worried and even asked one of the pos operators to help check my balance. She checked and showed me #0. 00. My God, how?

She told me it could be network issues or someone must have wiped my account without my knowledge and I should wait for a debit alert to reveal details. No debit alert yet.

Please my people is this network problem? Can network make your account reveal 0.00?

I wanted to withdraw to get little things like airtime. And now I don't even have airtime to call them.
