There is nothing presidential about the media chat. I only watched as a man talked and behaved as if he is a CEO running his private business, not a president overseeing the affairs of a democratic nation. Nigeria is a business and the stakeholders are the few who can keep saying yes boss and take their share. Maybe, just maybe, their minions can get some crumbs if they lick their nyash enough. It is obvious things must be done his own way, inspite of the people's opinions and feelings, regardless of how these policies affect the populace and the nation, it doesn't matter, as far as the Don gets what he wants for himself and a few friends. It is okay. The people should be grateful for the crumbs they may likely get. Shut up or go to hell! It is emilokan o'clock! |
HenryWilliams:You don't mean it. As kids, we had hope that Nigeria will be better in our time, now we are older. Are we going to watch our own kids go through the same menace unleashed on us by our fathers and grandfathers who are still clutching to power? |
I have been meaning to ask this question; what happens to the hundreds of vehicles and hardwares and even communication gadgets donated by state governments? Because after the fanfare and media hype, I keep seeing the police in rickety buses and jalopy pickups, sometimes they do not have vehicles for patrol. Wetin dey happy to the vehicles wey dem they display for media like this? Dem no dey use the vehicles where we go see dem? Who for explan this mystery? |
buckeyemedia:A million evil leeches can't stop the truth! Mugu Suffocatw on this. https://gazettengr.com/amazon-lists-dele-farotimis-book-on-afe-babalolas-corrupt-influence-on-nigerian-judiciary-as-number-one-bestseller-worldwide/ |
buckeyemedia:Mugu, you no get sense at all. Kobo kobo blogger. So a Nigerian court will ban a book on Amazon ? You are truly densed! You read this, but obviously, you can't comprehend cos your brains can't reason beyond the scope of your oppressors. Can your courts and wicked leaders prioritise this over their weak ego? https://www.nairaland.com/8287803/bandits-kill-8-kidnap-truck-full |
buckeyemedia:I think you know that the courts do not have such powers, I can't believe you are not this ignorant, no. You must know, but your emotions are clouding your judgement. And also, the allegations are not as serious as you deem it to be, I know that people in powers are used to flexing their "powers" over the weak, and they will never use such powers for the good of the people. Think very well as a sensible person, are there not more important national issues that your favourites can channel their powers to address? Is only to silent the voices that dares speak against them that they become vexed? Why are they silent when terrorists and hunger insults them? And you go calm yourself youth o, which future your children get with this ya agbero mindset? |
A lawyer arrested another lawyer for libel, does it mean the senior lawyer doesn't trust the judicial system by resorting to use the police to arrest his colleague from one state to another instead of sueing him for a civil case? Has the senior lawyer not proven by his actions, that the allegations made against are actually correct? If someone accused you of being a thief, and the only way to prove you are not is to steal, what does that prove? |
. Is it possible for the devil to tell the truth? Is it possible for a leopard to change it's spots? You need to understand that there are somethings that are impossible for an average Nigerian politician to do, they can't do good, especially when it will benefit the people. It is visible to the blind and audible to the deaf what the Mission of these cohorts is, which is, to kill, steal and destroy! Did I here you mention democracy? Take ya time o. The word 'democracy' and your politicians can't not be out in the same statement. As a leader, just do what you think is best for the country and let posterity judge your action.[/quote] |
Be patient, the builder (of Lagos) is working and you will soon see the results for the Strategist. Hunger dey deaf dunce supporters, yet dem dey form emilokan still |
Here we go again! 🤣😁 He is building Nigeria. Be patient |
Laff wan tear my belle 😆 😂 Naija 😂 |
kedeojo:Bro you can never get anything good thing from nepotism and this kind of government practices. Must I spell it out more than this? Politicians keep exploiting us for their own selfish reasons yet, you are talking about CV and qualifications? So no other persons are also qualified, and they can't wait to nominate all the commissioners for the HoA to screen them? It's okay to appoint your god father's son first day in office? And you claim it's on merit? Sometimes, we deserve what we get as a people. Some things are only wrong when it doesn't benefit tribalists, ethnic centric and nepotistic minds. We can not do better as a people if we keep being like this |
UAE123:I am not against what you said, you have a right to your opinion and I respect that. What I said is that we cannot applaud the suspension of policies and changes the new government is making, there is nothing epic about it, it is a normal routine for every new government. Let us wait to see how the new policies will play out, but like our elders say, na from clap we go know how dance go be... Interpretation? Check the first appointments and appointees. But to say it is about the individual involved, doesn't apply in a case where a godfather and other party cohorts fought vehemently to regain power with so much zest and vengeance. This fight wasn't about the people, no. The individual here doesn't matter, he can be powerless when Osadebe Avenue would be run from the palour of the godfathers, he can't do anything but their bidden. Again check the first appointments and tell me whose bid was that. Except the individual decides to go the way of ambode, obaseki and fubara, only then can you say we can experience a change. Until then, fingers crossed. |
UAE123:There is nothing to like here yet, this is a normal routine, a new government will put a stop to the activities and policies of it's predecessor, then implement their own plans. They have their own people and mechanisms to replace whatever they are putting a stop to. Let's watch and see the policies of the new government, then we will know what to like or not. But going by the culture of the APC and what stand for, we can only expect stealing, killing and destruction. |
Abacha was evil personified, he was truly a despot. But If you compare where we are today, he is a saint. If in a democracy, kids and youths can be jailed or killed for protesting and asking for a better life which is their constitutional rights, then the military regime was better. Is it the hunger, poverty, looting and people being deprived of their human rights? Did we experience worse or better in the military era? |
Sirakj:Bar man, abeg supply one truck of pure water larger juice for this man. E too Sabi 😂😆 |
😆😂 dem don start campaign for 2027 with fake promises of 20 hour daily power, and mugus dey type in delusion 😂😆 Someone that can ordain bishops, Una no fear am?
|
Yes, he is working really hard on poverty ELEVATION. Be patient guys, no be him cause am. Blame buhari and your governors, you will soon see the results of the policies. Remember, if you complain again, na treason! |
lnels:Yes, very true. No one can outsmart the head of the cabal. |
cr7lomo:Julius Berger no dey do kick back, dem no dey gree inflate invoice. Yet some mumus dey praise the thieves in charge of the lootings for a job well done 😂 |
IneIs:Hytech incoming... Dey play. Una think say na everybody be mugu? Who dey build the new coaster road? |
fuckJones:The funny thing is that you guys are the ones who will always discriminate, disenfranchise, disdain, disintegrate, disinform and even destroy the Igbos, yet claim to be the victims, they will not even respond or retaliate. They always come out stronger and better now matter what y'all throw at them. It is a gross level of irresponsibilty to blame others for your inept, incompetent, lazy and unproductive life. Shame no dey catch Una? |

The great economist keeps gambling. Clueless |
Canaan land generates their own power and they enjoy light 24/7 courtesy of one man, Bishop David Oyedepo. Yet, mugus will choose to hate pastors that are actually doing the work that politicians refuse to do, they rather steal our Commonwealth dry. The question is, why cant Nigeria provide light? It is the same reason the refineries can never work, Corrupt kleptomaniacs in the corridors of power. A few thieves have made a covenant that no social-economic system will function in this country, and their minions are the tools used to create chaos (religion, ethnicity, tribalism etc) in the polity. Only the people (that have sense) can enforce the positive change that we seek. Kick these vultures out! |
We are patiently waiting for the benefits of the policies of the government. It will favour my family
|
It's a lie. This government is working but we have to be patient to see the benefits. T-pain is selling rice at 40k, only that it is invisible for now, only VIP APC goons have access to the rice. The loyal supporters will be able to enjoy the rice in 8 years time. The renewed rope is the best policy for naija, only haters are against it. World Bank, be warned. Keep giving us the loans! |
T-Painnnnnnn on da beat |
It's official! T-Pain is a comedian 😂😆 |
Flamaengo:UBTH in Benin City has been doing this procedure for years. LUTH just woke up 😆 Did you also know that CNG has been operational in Benin City for years? Private and Taxi drivers (especially those running Benin to warri) use CNG and there are CNG filling stations at major entry points in the city. Somethings that are breaking news in Lagos are actually not new to other states. |
Politicians!!! 😆 This is front of his house na. Why didn't he give such order concerning other roads that have more urgent need than this road? Make all of una shift |
Reggaero: 😆😂 we mooooveer |
