Originalsly:
" I've traveled to so many parts of the world. I have not seen mentally challenged persons in the streets in the Western world."

Because he did not see doesn't mean there aren't. Where does he stay?...in the countryside? He shouldn't be saying what he doesn't know . Why wouldn't those who don't know believe him?...and now have the idea that only "this part of the world" has made people roaming the streets? I can bet my life ... Lagos with three times the population of NYC has less mentally challenged people total than those roaming the streets in NYC...roaming the streets....not in the kolo hospitals . There are the ones obviously mad ...and many more that are "on medication" ...but seem very much like regular people. These are the dangerous ones. I'm curious about this hospital diagnosing ..treating and rehabilitating these patients. This will be a feat because the Western world has not achieved this...the patients are drug controlled...under constant medication and when they are off it... anything can happen .I don't believe this guy knows what he is getting into... not from what I read. I'll love to see an update a year from now . I would be afraid for the staff.

Too biased

NMotorwerks:
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST PSYCHIATRIST HOSPITAL IN NIGERIA, THERE'S ARO IN ABEOKUTA, PSYCH HOSPITAL IN YABA, LAGOS-STATE, BOTH FEDERAL INSTITUTIONS

And this is how you've been failing your exams. The caption is "The first free psychiatric hospital in Nigeria" not the first psychiatric hospital in Nigeria.
