Buy land!
A house is long term liability that will take decades to get to profit.
Land has a low maintenance cost that could be recuperated in a short time.
In actual real sense, even the house does not appreciate as it becomes outdated and structure loses value. It is still the land that appreciates the most.
Don’t waste your time on a long term liability. You still will be better if you dump that money in a mutual fund account and be reaping profits per annum. A 100M will still be getting you 20m per annum which real estate can NEVER give you. I believe you have little knowledge of properties. So buying house or land is a long term liability? |
