Please I heard on a hard surface ground around Atan Owode area of Ogun state, people don't add granite to foundations because the ground is farm from water, like to dig a well you need a pulley better still bore hole, is the practice safe or not, please advise a young adult

Hello nairalanders, please can anyone help me with rough estimate of 3 bedroom flat with two sitting rooms, and again I was told that granites might not be needed for the foundation because it is a hard ground, to get well water in that part of Ogun state you'll need like 200 rims, basically borehole is needed than well, so in a very dry land, can anyone help me with rough estimate of what it will cost to build on a half plot of land, 30*120

How can I get websites design contract

Hello fellow nairalanders, I'm on holiday from the National open University of Nigeria, my work load is less, but I'm always at home, jobless, I'm not broke though, I invest in treasury bills, I have an half plot of land I bought, I can design website to some extent, but I wanna learn more, what can I be doing with my free time, or do you think the website design school is a good one, I'm confused and worried about the future also.
