If Mr. Jona did not owe, how come Madam money said that they borrowed about 400b to pay workers?.
You olodo.

The only time Salaries where delayed for up to a week after 25th was for the month of April 2015 when the Oil marketers insisted on being paid the shortfall occasioned from a dwindling Naira.

And no, they did not secure a bank loan but rather sourced the money directly from the CBN

However, we will like to make it very clear that the President of the Federal Republic Nigeria is neither a Sherriff in the Old Wild West nor a military dictator in some Banana Republic. He is an elected president under a democratic setting
Something the broom wielding dunces seem not to be able to comprehend.

Despite the absence of approving and supervising officials, key income generating institutions like NNPC, NIMASA, NPA, FIRS and other strategic agencies have been invaded by persons claiming to be friends and associates of the President and this puts to question the sincerity and seriousness of the administration to affect the so-called ‘Change’ upon which they rode to power.
This is where the real looting is going on.

This is why I asked you if a socialist can survived as an agent of the CIA. The same Abiola that wanted the west to pay reparation to Africa ? Tell me another story bro.

With the circumstanes surrounding his death which happned just a week after Abacha's death, I will say Abiola was nothing but a victim of a CIA covert operation to silence a supposed would-be president that is unyielding towards the west.

So why would you still say Abiola was a CIA agent ?
In the murky waters of the CIA, anyone and I mean anyone is disposable.

The CIA took out their Commander and Chief who is Abiola?

Abiola was never one, although he might have turned down the offer. The CIA agent was the one that killed him.

This list is misleading.
See my post above.

Abiola was involved in filtering money to coup plotters across sub-Saharan Africa including Nigeria.

How do you think he became so close to IBB?

Abiola was a socialist, why would he want to be a CIA agent ?
How can Abiola be a Socialist?

Abiola had always aligned with the northern Oligarch and he made his money as a very corrupt runnaway Capitalist who fleeced Nigeria with the help of western global corporations like ITT.

If Abiola was a CIA agent, why did they kill him ?
Since after the assassination of John F. Kennedy who threatened to break the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the 4 corners of the earth, the CIA had begun to operate independently of US Govt funding and Congressional inquiry.

To become self sustainable meant unbridled freedom from public scrutiny since the only way to probe CIA activities is to follow the money trail.

The CIA Chiefs in the 60's also knew that your average politicians only goal is to scurry votes and they will do anything for it, something at odds with the cold war doctrine of the CIA.

To become self sustainable the CIA, decided to do what they do best which was to prop up corrupt right-wing despots in South America in exchange of helping the corrupt puppet stash his loot in offshore accounts.

This offshore accounts is where the CIA funds their global covet operations.

The model will be expanded and extended into Sub-Saharan Africa, SE Asia and the Middle-East.

Over the years the CIA "Trust Fund" as I will like to call it has been expanded to include criminals, drug dealers and shoddy Business men like Abiola.

The stooge or criminal is giving protection in exchange of funding the CIA "Trust Fund" account.

When the stooge dies the money reverts back to the CIA. This is what I will describe as the "Vatican Model" where all monies and properties left by a deceased priest ends up back into the coffers of the Catholic church.

This is why Abiola's children are paupers today.

Another prime example is Mobutu Sese Seko whose stolen wealth in the billions is sitting in some Swiss vault till this day without it being returned back to the DRC or even his own family.

https://usafricaonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/sanusi.lamido.sanusi2009.jpg

Sanusi Lamido Sanusi needs no introduction. His meteoric rise has always been fraught with controversies from his early days as a radical founder member of the Muslim Student Society to his role in instigating sectarian riots during the Abacha regime to his acquaintances with Osama bin Laden in Sudan during his forced exile.

Sanusi's enrollment began gradual over the years as the CIA played close attention to the gregarious young Prince in ABU Campus.

Sanusi was introduced to the then US ambassador to Sudan by a Sudanese Professor during the New Year anniversary celebration which was held on the grounds of the US embassy in Khartoum.

Sanusi was of great interest to the Americans given how he found himself in Sudan and his close affiliations to radical elements in and around Khartoum which included none other than Osama bin Laden who at that time was not considered a terrorist but a war hero in helping defeat the Soviets in Afghanistan.

The news clipping above shows that Osama was not always considered a terrorist by the west.

BigBabyJesus:
Information regarding PRODIGY's(CIA designated Code Name) initial affiliation and links to the CIA began in the early 80's when he was approached by a Nigerian CIA agent recruiter in the guise as a major Heroine supplier in the Chicago area. PRODIGY was initially supplied about 15 kilos and $25,000 and was given the role of recruiting drug mules in Nigeria who will smuggle the drugs into the United States. The operation went smoothly initially with CIA operatives ensuring that the drug mules and PRODIGY were not intercepted at the departure and destination airports and by local law enforcers during the drop stages.

What PRODIGY did not know then was that the main drug baron, his associates and purported buyers were all part of an intricate plot to snare him into a trap. There exists severally sealed dossiers containing pictures, video and voice recordings documenting every drop, sale and money exchange.

This went on till the mid 90's.

Then Abacha took over and the Americans were not happy since their main asset in Africa, MKO Abiola had been deposed by Abacha who was not ready to step down and to make matter's worse, the New leader of Africa's largest economy and 6th largest supplier of crude began to align himself with "rogue" Nations such as North Korea and Iran.

The stage was then set.

PRODIGY in one of his random "business visits" was rounded up by the local police and a search of his apartment revealed over 2 kilos of pure "terror d0pe" heroin. An obvious plant.
Things began to move swiftly. The Feds took over and let PRODIGY know that they had a tip of his drug dealings for over a year and have documented evidence and witnesses willing to testify in court against him. According to the Feds PRODIGY, apart from facing lengthy prison sentence for the huge quantities of drugs smuggled and sold for the period he was under surveillance also faces the possibility of life without parole for an additional RICO charge.
The FEDS where not interested in making any deals as they assumed that PRODIGY was the head of the whole operation which earned an estimated 6 million U.S. dollars during a 3 month period alone.

PRODIGY was summarily arraigned on several counts bordering on drug dealing, money laundry in front of a Federal Judge and was summarily transferred to a Federal Holding Facility pending summary trial.

3 days in the can, Prodigy was escorted from his cell to a waiting room to what he expected will be a session with his court appointed lawyer but was shocked to see the Nigerian Drug Baron.

The Agent explained in detail but briefly that Prodigy could chose to remain in jail for a very long time or walk out a free man.

The agent then outlined the plan to Prodigy which was to infiltrate the civil organization group back in Nigeria who were advocating for the removal of Abacha and return to civil rule.
Prodigy was provided with a plane ticket back to Nigeria, names and contacts and his criminal record was expunged.

5. Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo

https://app-cdn.acwupload.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Olusegun_Obsanjo_profile_2.jpg

Obasanjo was approached in the battle front in Biafra by a CIA agent operating under the guise of a US Military adviser.

The US was concerned with the Nigerian Forces near total dependence on Russian Fire power during the Biafran war and was concerned that once the war was over Nigeria- Russian Military alliance will be solidly entrenched with the forbidding scenario of a Soviet Naval Base in the Gulf of Guinea.

Preamble

The then President of the United States had a sticky situation concerning Biafra after the US looked the other way in the Israeli-Arab 6 day war.

Here was Kennedy who had a moral conviction to support Biafra but was afraid of sending the wrong message to their strategic energy supplier in Saudi Arabia. The last thing Kennedy wanted was to send a message to the Muslim Arab world that they where supporting a Christian Nation in their quest for independence from a Muslim dominated Country - an eerily similar situation with the Israeli cause.

Kennedy refused to recognize Biafra for the sole purpose of not upsetting the Arab world. Kennedy, however refused to support the Nigerian side with much needed military fire power and the Nigerian govt turned to the Russians.

After Kennedy's assassination, LBJ was keen on rebuilding economic and diplomatic ties with the Nigerian govt.

A CIA agent was sent to establish ties with key commanders of the Nigerian Armed forces who where expected to consolidate power at the end of the conflict in order to secure oil blocs.

Obasanjo was one among several officers who where approached.

Obasanjo eventually became Head of State and his legacies are there for all to see.
