Even 2015 election that brought Buhari in had governors writing results in their states and the biggest writer won it. That was when Rivers churned out crazy unrealistic numbers including some Northern states.

An election where most of the heavyweight were defeated enmasse and where vast percentage of incumbent Senators and House of reps candidate were not returned should not be said to be rigged.
