This judgement is very useless. The contest on ground has gone beyond budget presentation. Thanks my brother , this is more grounds to speedup is impeachment process because Rivers State are yet to present 2024 budget and can't jumped to present 2025. Law is Law and doesn't know emotions interpretation and watch how Victor Jombo will run for his dear life to avoid jail term

Impeaching him for running his government the way he wants. Please stop saying Nonsense. Every government determine the lifespan of the budget circle. No known law on when the budget should start or end. Hope you're aware before our budget circle ends April but now it is January. Fiscal year depends on what the government term as one.

Mr. man, is there any judge that is not under NJC in Nigeria? Is the chief judge of the state not from Rivers and he doesn't know the shenanigans that are going on in his state. If you think he will act against his people, the elders and someone like Justice Mary Odili, you are equally deceiving yourself.

Besides, if you think the governor would even allow them to sit, as there is still a pending case at the supreme court on their defection saga. To me, that one is the main meat. Presentation or representation is just by the way side and the governor still has the lifeline to appeal the case at the supreme court and before the supreme court will adjudicate on the matter, the new budget would be at the table of his loyal lawmakers for consideration, which they can use two days to pass and back date to start November instead of January. Then, the case of representing will now become academic exercise. Just be on a look out, that may be the next game against them.

Base on what you wrote now I can't help but to ask of your Age, and qualification before I can engage you further.

The governor is a goner because he can't go to supreme Court and win a case that he has withdraw at high court .

same faith await him exactly like what appeal court gave.

By the way, his lawyers will even advise him not to wastes time and energy to challenge same in court again as even a dull individuals knows he's is an out going governor
