I bought a Samsung 49 inch from acunon. It had issue and next day acunon sent someone who came to fix it. This is 2 yrs now and I am still enjoying it. Acunon is a trusted business man. I still owe him 5k and he has never disturbed me about it which I will still send it to him. If u have issues with him probably there is something u did not get right in the transaction.

Thank you for your comment. However, I fear you misunderstand. I do not doubt that he is trustworthy neither do I doubt your utopic experience with him. If you could take the time to read through on the subject matter, you would notice that I spoke against a response of his that was not customer-centric. Best regards.

You bought a 43" UHD 4K Smart TV with line on the screen 55K,and you expect it to be in the best of condition? You are just pained because you didn't receive yours goods on time,I will not exchange words with you sir. Thanks

Hello Acunon, I do not think this response is appropriate. Your customer relationship skills have been questioned a couple of times on this thread and I would be trying to disprove all that if I were you.

No matter how mighty you might be bro, it could all change for you in just one day, an example is the Nokia company or even the SARS in our country today.

I know the biz would not go 100% smoothly all the time but you need to muster the patience and understanding required to deal with these kinda situations so that everybody is happy in the end.
