Good day every body. Please I need advice and I need it urgently.

My application package for fswp 2014 program is ready for submission for some time now except that ICAS , after three months now, have still not prepared my ECA report and I don't think it would be ready before the end of the month. Since 31st December is just around the corner, can I go ahead and submit my application to CIC and attach my ICAS File page showing that my ECA is in progress and that I will send it to them as soon as ICAS sent it to me? Will CIC accept it?

I have gone through the Express Entry system and I think the current system is my best bet.

Please advise me on how to go about it.

I am doing my ECA with ICAS and on 10/10/2014, my file status was changed to, '' Application reviewed for completeness and placed in queue for assessment''. Also,by tracking the courier company online, my last document/transcript got to ICAS 23/09/2014 even though my file was updated 10/10/2014. And when I sent them an email last week they replied me that the reference date they are using for my file is the date they got my last document which is 23/09/2014 and not the date it was updated on their system (10/10/2014). Do you think my ECA Report will be ready on time and I can submit my package to CIC before 31st December 2014? Or would you advice i start another ECA with WES instead?

Secondly, I got into ICAS wahala because I graduated from Uniport and WES clearly stated that they don't evaluate Uniport results. But i also have a ND and HND from PTI. If i am to turn to WES to evaluate only my ND and HND, how many points would that give me and how long would it take for the Report to be ready.

NB: All other documents needed for me to submit my FSW application are ready.

Please for those who used ICAS for their ECA and have gotten their report, please I need your imput. They have just updated my file status today to "Application reviewed for completeness and placed in queue for assessment". Please how long would it take for the assessment to be completed ?

Hi guys. I need clarification. If the work experience that qualifies me for the application was gotten like 4 years ago and I am presently working in another field that is totally different from the first one. Should I still provide reference letter from the present employer or only from the previous employer whose job I'm using as my NOC ?

Guys I need help. I'm filling my forms directly in my computer (soft copy) so I can validate and print out afterwards. But I just can't change the font size of some of the pages. Like in trying to list my "main duties " and in listing the associations/trade unions I have been a member (which requested that we shouldn't abbreviate ), the font size will not allow me to write a complete sentence. I can't even write the full meaning of AMES (Association of Mechanical Engineering Students).

For those that have submitted, how did you go about it? Please can anyone tell me how to change the font size of these forms (PDF / Adobe)? Or am I suppose to print the forms out before filling with a pen?

Nice work guys. Please I need advice.

I'm the principal applicant. My point score is above 67% mark. We stay in PH and PH is no more a centre for IELTS exam. My wife just gave birth few months ago and with the risk involved in traveling with a new born baby, I want to know if it is a MUST that she should write the test. Or if I can go ahead and submit my application package without her writing the test.

 Also, if I'm to go ahead and submit the package, there is a section in one of the forms (Economic Class form) that asked " if my spouse is proficient in English language ". Should I tick "Yes" without a proof or I should tick "No?

He Wants to apply through the federal skilled trades person program and his current job is listed among the NOC jobs for that program. But his biggest challenge is how to go about Getting the requirements from any province.

Please those any one knows the method and how to get the necessary certificates and documents from a province before he can apply for the PR ?

Is it a MUST and a prerequisite that my spouse must write IELTS exams since she's not the principal applicant? I am asking because I am the primary applicant and I have done my evaluation and scored 70%. And to make matters worst, we live in PH and IELTS exams are no longer held in PH (at least for now) and my wife gave birth few weeks back. So traveling to another state with a new born baby and all the inconveniences attached warranted my question.

Also, there is a section in the application form that asked " if your Spouse is proficient in English language". If I say NO, what is the implication? And if I say YES, it will require I provide an evidence (which is the IELTS test score).

Please I need urgent replies so I can decide either to go ahead and submit my application now or to enroll her for the exam in another state.

I and this girl have been dating for about three years now.Of late,she reacts so easily when ever i spot any thing wrong in her actions.She complains i shout at her even when i used the softest of all voices in passing on my complain.
