In these modules, trainees are trained on how to use different productivity applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and different things to look out for on your system and when browsing online on IT security, how to identify a secure website, etc.


This training helps the productivity levels of individuals and helps the organisation save cost because it improves efficiency and productivity.
