The school that planned my trip send an email to them. The actually apologized saying that they have technical issues.

My brother did Italy biometrics on November 20, 2025 for tourists at TLS contact Lagos no response from the embassy. Please how long does it take Italy embassy to get back to those that did biometrics? Any idea please ?

I applied for visa since November 26th and I did my biometrics. Up until now I havent gotten my visa. I'm meant to be there by 16th of this month but no response .
