I don't live around lekki and I have a BSc, can I still apply?

I just got my infinix hot 3 last Saturday. By Wednesday i noticed a blue line running across the phone, by Friday, it had increased to 3 lines. Then today, the screen just went dim by itself and nothing I've done seems to make it bright. Also the indicator light isn't showing. What do I do?
