You chicken out of conversations regarding the state of the nation and how your party has been a collosal failure in the last ten years, even fielding a Buhari as a president.

- vehicle import history; carfax report on the car to know how the service intervals was like and condition the vehicle came into the country ( flooded, salvage, rebuilt title) things like that
- Checking conditions of fluid ( gearbox engine oil and the likes )
- getting a scan done on the vehicle to ascertain it doesn’t have any fault code that could lead to expensive repairs
- checking for external oil leaks also ( some can be cheaper to repair but some even require the engine of a vehicle coming out )
-Vehicle history here in Nigeria also; what oil specifications have been used to service such vehicle ( transmission included)
- taking car for a test drive making sure the gearbox goes through all the gears without slips /flares .
This might seem so much but to help relieve your stress just get a professional to check any vehicle you would want to buy. I also offer such service too

- you could also get a Es330/300 has mentioned above Infact I do have one toks cheaper than that budget
- you could also get a tokunbo corolla (2005/6) or a registered 2008 unit.
This cars listed above are quite reliable and easy on the users, if the vehicle are In great condition prior to the purchase and due maintenance can be done on this said vehicles appropriately. Thank you.

too much hate on nairaland these days. see how they messed up the thread. just go to jiji and you'll see clean cars for that amount. i'll advise u to go for cars of 10-11m and negotiate it down to 8-9m. also preferrably deal with the owner directly to remove extra charges that comes with middle man/ agents. I'm also in the market for a car but i'm not in a hurry. I'll take my time until i see a favorable car although my budget is around 13-14m
