Kingsleyinfo: I called you or your boss.... I don't know which.
I came to your shop at computer village and bought a laptop.....
I must say the laptop is working but I am very disappointed at the battery life.
the battery has finally packed up, it can't hold charge for 10 mins when not plugged in.
after all the assurance u gave me....
Am very sad becos now I have to look for money to buy a new battery.
even when I called about the problem earlier you never offered any solution.
Thanks all the same.
I have learnt my lesson.

I'm sorry about that my friend. But u'v to understand that we are not liable for the battery after 3day of you not returnin it. It can as well be due to poor usage cos we hardly recieve complain of our batteries or laptops. Hope u can understand sir.
