No body talks about Material science and Engineering, what people and employers know are Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering sometimes petroleum engineering, forgetting a very useful and vast aspect of engineering call Materials. Don't if it's lack of knowledge or just shear ignorance.
You will see a Steel making company advertising for jobs and they will list all Engineering fields but Materials Engineering. An Oil and gas companies will advertise for a role as a Corrosion engineer but won't list Metallurgical and materials engineering as prerequisites. That's awful

In fact 4days ago our Vehicle was passing Oso Edda and the youth had to stop our vehicle looking for anything that reassemble an Amasiri person.
