Nigerians ₦104 Billion is enough to build/run cable of 55 WIND TURBINES (costing $4m each) that will generate 4MW per turbine. Giving us a total of 220MW enough to power 250,000 homes. Enough to power every Parasitic parastatal/agency in the budget.
