the reason why some interlock do change colour over a period of time is because of poor mixture while producing the stones.
secondly the reasons why weed grows in between within the interlocks is because before laying the stone the ground was not properly compacted well.
before laying the interlock let tham compact the ground with a small mixture of cement sand or stone dust.by so doing it will cell the ground making it impossible for weed to penetrate it.
the cost implication of interlock is much more affordable that conterte stamp. secondly it is servicable.interlock is flexible.if after a period of time you want to change the design of your house all you nned to do is uproot the interlock and it still can be used compared to contrete stamp that moreor less impossible to change nor even service.
thridly, easy penetration of water incase your area is a water log area which contrete stamp doesnt permit. you sure to gain more advantage with interlocking compared with contrete stamp
