Gotta let you in on a secret. There is only one country in the entire world that can project military power on the world seas at the same time, the USA. With 11 nuclear power Carriers, and 5 Gerald Ford-class carriers in construction, Even China does not have 1 nuclear power Carrier, all they have are 3 conventional power carriers. Not capable of projecting power. Trust me a military budget of over $800B yeap not a typo error I really typed Billions will get you a lot of hardware.

Have you ever been to Cuba? Well, I have on 2 occasions via Toronto. Partner Russia ain't cooking sh*t in Cuba, Russia conventional Military is nothing. Take away their little submarines' nuclear stockpile Russia is not in the same league as the USA. One USA Carrier strike group has more firepower than the entire Russian military firepower. You know what USA equipment works.
