These northerners don't know anything. To them, everything is power and more power. All bank headquarters are in Lagos.70% of banking activities in Nigeria are done in Lagos. Cbn staff go to Lagos for inspection and at times spend 2 months there and would be lodged in the hotel and they will also collect out of station allowance which is waste. Being in Lagos will give them more time to monitor these banks very well..From the loan they disburse to form M they approve.
