* Products knowledge , proposal and project presentations to prospective clients when needed .

* Product digital- marketing strictly ( Instagram and marketing platforms eg Nairaland ,propertypro)

* Creating profile for auctioneers , developers, Real estate firms and Agency , while you save all database and information received From the party to an establishment database folio designated for this expert mentioned above .

JOB ETHICS AND MEANS OF WORK
It is most preferred to work from home as your attention will be called over to the office or team meeting point when needed to carry out activities on field . You can work remotely but with full supervision and inspection after the day operation . You are to make report of every operation and give full update from time to time when on operation .No resumption time and closing hour as you will be needed when you have a deal to seal or a proposal to make to a prospect .

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*FLUENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS /ALTERNATIVE LANGUAGES ARE NEEDED BUT MUST BE SOUND IN THE USE OF ENGLISH

* A DEGREE IN ANY MANAGEMENT AND
MARKETING RELATED COURSES

*A DEGREE IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE OR ANY COMMUNICATION RELATED COURSES

* AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS EXECUTIVE / SALE REPRESENTATIVE

* GOOD HYGIENE AND SMART LOOKING ( OFFICIAL SHIRT WILL BE GIVEN WHEN GOING FOR OPERATION)

*ABILTY TO GIVE A WELL UNDERSTANDING AND BROAD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT A PROJECT AND PROPOSAL.

* ABILITY TO NEGOTIATE AND UNDERSTAND HOW THE FIRM COULD BE OF HELP TO PROSPECT EXPECTATIONS AND REQUEST
