The police in Lagos have said that Tagbo Umeike, the late friend of music artiste, Davido, died from suffocation. Acting Police Commissioner, Imohimi Edgal, stated this at a briefing on Wednesday afternoon, where he
announced that Davido has been reinvited for questioning. .
According to Edgal, the autopsy report revealed that Tagbo died from suffocation, adding that he was abandoned in his car at the hospital by Davido’s driver and two of his friends. .

Nigerian singer, Skales has revealed on social media that he was helped by Timaya after he was booted out by Banky W.
Following the outburst by Eedris Abdul Kareem calling Timaya an ingrate, singer Skales has waded into the matter. The singer called Eedris a sad man looking for cheap attention. He asked who Eedris helped when he was making waves in Nigeria.

Kris Jenner's only son, Rob Kardashian, has accused his baby mama, Blac Chyna of beating him up and trying to choke him while she was high on alcohol and drugs, last December.

According to a lawsuit filed by, Rob K against Blac Chyna, he claims Chyna first tried to choke him with an iPhone charging cable, then repeatedly struck him with blows to the head and face.
According to the lawsuit:
"Chyna lunged towards Rob with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle Rob," the lawsuit states. "Chyna was purposely trying to hurt Rob and struggled with him as she tightened the iPhone cord around Rob’s neck."
He also claims she trashed his house, adding that she broke a door, damaged walls and a TV and caused damages worth over $100k. He said when he tried to run away from the violence by getting into his Bentley to drive away, Chyna threw a chair at his car and then struck him with a metal rod.
Rob says he managed to escape Chyna's grasp, but she continued to chase him. She "repeatedly struck him in the head and face," and ripped the collar of his shirt, he claims.
Kylie Jenner is listed as a co-plaintiff in the case because the alleged meltdown took place in a house she was renting to her brother, Rob and the TV that Chyna broke, belonged to her-Kylie..
"Kylie estimates that Chyna caused at least $100,000 in property damage to her house," the lawsuit claims.
In the docs, Rob says the violence was what caused E! to cancel their reality show, because execs of the show thought the situation was way too volatile.

A little boy identified as Junior Onah, is currently lying critically ill in a hospital after he was set ablaze by his friend, Wisdom Kelechi, over a missing phone in Enugu on Monday, September 25th.

According to the Guardian, Wisdom had gone to a barbing salon at Ifoh file in Abakpa Nike in the state to charge his phone and left it in the care of Junior who he expected to help him watch over it. Ho, ever when he came back to take his phone, he found out that the phone had been stolen.
When asked, Junior said he did not know who took it from where it was charging. An argument ensued. Wisdom stormed out of the salon and returned with a gallon of petrol and lighter which he used to set his friend ablaze.
The victim was rushed to the hospital where doctors are battling to save his life. The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Ebere Amaraizu, confirmed the incident and said that Wisdom has been arrested. Speaking, the state police PRO said
“The suspect has been promptly arrested by police operatives and he is helping in the investigations just as the victim was rescued with severe burns and taken to the hospital, where he is receiving treatment,”.

Students of the Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja have taken to the Lokoja-Abuja highway to protest after one of their colleagues was crushed to death by a truck belonging to Dangote
Five people reportedly died in the accident, one of whom was a student of Kogi State Polytechnic. This angered students and they began rioting at the international market, along Lokoja-Abuja highway.

A 5-year-old kindergartner, Jackson Riley was suspended at the Great Valley Academy, a California elementary school after he joked that he had a bomb in his backpack.

The little boy was in his third week of school when he made threats.

Great Valley Academy officials said that the ordeal unfolded when little Jackson Riley was asked to take off his backpack, but the 5-year-old boy refused. The child then told his teacher that a bomb inside would explode if he had to remove the book bag, news station KTXL reported.

In response to the incident, which occurred on the 31st of August, the school suspended him for one day and called his parents to come pick him up from school.

Unpleased by the decision, little Jackson's parents have slammed the California school for the extreme action which will be on his permanent record.

In a letter sent to the family, the school claims that the child “intentionally engaged in harassment, threats or intimidation”, while another letter stated that the boy had “made terroristic threats towards school officials.”

Speaking to KTXL, the boy's mother Michelle Riley said they attributed their son’s comments to his “imagination.”

“He said he couldn’t take his backpack off because it would explode, meaning he doesn’t want anybody to get hurt. So I mean, granted, it’s all in the world of pretend-play, and we’re talking about an imaginary bomb.”

His father Ian Riley also added that “He’s 5. He has an imagination. We just want what’s right is right, and what’s right in this instance is for our child to not have a permanent mark on his record because of this,”

While the family is calling for the incident to be removed from the child’s record, the Great Valley Academy officials released a statement saying they take “student safety and discipline very seriously.”

. This was not discovered immediately as the singer is out of town, but a staff memeber found out when she visited his home on Friday.
According to TMZ; the maid realized someone had entered and taken some things after finding a smashed window and broken door. Police were called to the property and took a burglary report, but are waiting for Derulo to return home and officially identify the missing items.
There is suspicion that the theft may have been an inside job, with only one room targeted.

Unknown gunmen suspected to be armed robbers stormed a filling station at Tor-Donga community in Kastina-Ala Local Government Area of Benue State, shot dead two people before carting away undisclosed amount of money.


Spokesperson for the State Police Command, Moses Joel Yamu, confirmed the incident occurred at Mangris Filling station on Monday, September 18 at about 7pm.

Yamu said the owner of the petrol filling station reported that the robbers stormed his business premises located at the Tor-Donga rural community, shot dead two people, carted away monies and other valuables.

He said the robbery gang had ordered everyone to lay on the barefloor while their illicit operation lasted.

But, one of the victim had raised his head during the process which propelled the angry robbers to pull their trigger on him.


The police spokesman added that the victim died on his way to the hospital, alongside another civilian also shot dead by the robbers at the scene of the incident.

A soldier, who is part of a military special squad that responded to a distress call from the victims was also wounded.

A Customary Court in Mapo, Ibadan has dissolved the 30-year-old marriage between Chief Festus Adegboye Onigbinde and his wife Anne, because there was no more love between the two.



President of the court, Ademola Odunade, however, directed the former Super Eagles Technical Adviser to “pay a cash sum of N5,000 to enable Anne move her belongings out of his house.”
