These boys should be in the north securing the country, every single political and terror problems in the south is something dialogue and slight change of policies can handle. Same thing applicable to the North too , peaceful dialogue and slight change can do the needful in the North unrest and killing in the North, just the way the South East People know the Unknown gunmen and Esn/ipob the northerners know the bandits and Boko Haram members.
