What is tribal in upholding the law for all people

Being tribal is supporting the hunt down of someone because of a crime supposedly committed by their parent. I ask once again, would you feel that the law is upheld If you're subjected to suffering and hate because of a crime your parent is accused of committing? Una think say everything na politics and sentiment abi?

My cousin lives in SA and she told me it is because of the criminality of igbos in SA that they hate Nigerians.. she said nobody hates her because she earn legit and live in peace with her host.
