While I'm no fan of Gaddafi, I do know that 2010 UNDP HDI rating ranked Libya as the most developed country in Africa. Nigeria didn't make first 10 in Africa. Nigeria has a lot to learn from Libya in terms of Infrastructural development and citizen's welfare. |
