The first thing a Sensible. Person would have asked is why would someone who graduated genuinely forge his Certificate
When INEC would gladly accept a letter from the School confirming that Tinubu Was their Graduate

But many of them see thinking reasonably as an unnecessary burden

US ceremonial Certificate is printed by third party company, US University doesn't print Certificate or Transcript they don't have any printing company


Certificate can't be forged if nothing was altered and it was printed at a third party certified company
