No that.... I made the sign of the cross more than ten times yday whereas usually its just twice or four times daily.

It was like I was chosen today for special divine protection....was almost bitten by a snake and almost crushed by a trailer.

The interesting part is that I made more sign of the cross today......something that I have never done my entire life.

For those of us who live in Naija and as long as the Harmattan season is still in existence and also some other factors which triggers the attack, you will still have challenges in managing asthma.

Been living with it since I was 2 months old....have been able to map out some trigger factors and still do so.
My trigger factors are stress, emotions, catarrh, dust......these are just major ones for me.
I use ventolin tab, piriton, predisolone in cases of chest pain..not on daily basis o. and I feed on fresh vegies and fruits and also green tea esp moringa
I also carry about my inhaler just incase of aan emergency
