since d=square root(x2 - x1)² + (y2 - y1)².

let's bring out all our values:
x1= x
y1= 3
x2= -x
y2= 2
d= 5units.

5=sqrt(x - (-x)² + (2 - 3)²

5=sqrt(x + x)² + (-1)²

5=sqrt(2x)² + 1

5=sqrt 4x² + 1

the square root crosses the = sign to 'marry' 5 and it becomes 5²

5²= 4x² + 1

25= 4x² + 1

collect like terms:

divide both sides by 4:

sometimes, jamb and other examination bodies can set funny questions. imagine them asking us to determine the equation of a line without giving us the gradient, it sounds ridiculous ryt?

don't worry, we've to show them that we are smarter. lol

the formula for calculating equations with no gradient given is: y -y1/y2 -y1=x- x1/x2 -x1

example:
find the equation of the straight line passing through the points (1, 4) and (-2, 6).
solution:
using the formula above,
where(x1, y1)= (1, 4) and (x2, y2)= (-2, 6),

y - 4/6 - 4= x - 1/-2 - 1

y - 4/2= x - 1/-3

cross multiply:
-3(y - 4)= 2(x - 1)
open the brackets:

-3y + 12= 2x - 2
collect all the variables to one side:
-3y - 2x= -2 - 12
-3y - 2x= -14

since minus(-) is common to both sides, multiply both sides by (-)

-(-3y - 2x)=-(-14)
3y + 2x=14

NB: if the 1^st answer we got(i.e -3y - 2x= -14) is the option u saw, go for it, bt if it's the other one, it's still the same thing oo.

iPhone usb charger or any usb charger that an output current of
1A or 1000mA (depends on how they write it on the charger) plug
ur fone to it. But first plug ur phone to ur pc to be sure ur
BlackBerry Link can recognize it just to be sure ur fone is still in
good order. And please don't use a charger with an output higher
than 1000mA (1A) so that you don't run the risk of damaging
your charging port.

Or you try another Z10 battery to see if it powers up

it won't connect at all wen ba3 is inserted but wen I detached d USB it will blinked z10 connected and disconnect immediately... pls wat does dat means
