reading your post, I decipher that you're already bored with the job. which for me, is the reason why you should take the masters offer as time off to get new exposures, new adventures, new everything. yes getting a job is so hard nowadays but with your experience and the exposure you'll get along with this academic tourism you have an opportunity of, I'd say go for your masters. that's if you have enough to fund it as well.
