Romance / Ladies: 7 Kinds Of Men That Are Not Worth Your Time by markwealth: 3:06am On Jun 01, 2015
A relationship should at least give you three things, love, comfort and happiness and from an African perspective it should land you to something serious like marriage . If it is not giving you any of this it is not worth your time. There are certain characteristics as a woman you should look out for in a man before you date him. Here is a list of guys that are not worth your time.
1. The guy who is like 36 about to turn 37, and still can't get his sh*t together and commit to an exclusive relationship with you. You have been dating for 7 years or so, really? Wake up, he is wasting your time! Even though he tells you he loves you and wants to be with you. He's not actually an idiot; and can’t make the right decision to move his life forward, you deserve a man who has a brain and can get things moving.

2. The guy that says he is an adult and ready to commit but when you bring up getting engaged, or getting formal he says something like, "Wait, I feel like we're moving too fast?" Like seriously dude? Here is the idea dude, take off that diaper you have on and put on your big-boy pants because we've been dating for 3 and above years. We are not growing any younger!

3. That guy who is ever broke. I hate sounding like a gold digger neither am I teaching you to be one but I believe any smart girl should not settle for brokenness. That guy who never seems to have any cash and is acting like you are his sugar Mama or something like that is not worth you. You may be sweet but you're not that sweet, and you're not his sugar mama. If he can’t settle cheap bills how will he manage your life? If you work hard for your money, you deserve a man who also works hard for his.

4. The guy who will never commit which you're aware of, yet you keep dating because you think he's hot and he has the TDH looks. Look, if the hottest of the hottest guys can settle down, so can him the guy you're dating. So if committing isn't his thing, then committing to him isn't yours either.

5. The guy who only texts and never calls. Why on earth would you want to be with a guy who can't even talk to you? Texts are for people who fear verbal communication and want an easy way to drop off the face of the earth for a week if they feel like it.

6. The guy who gives you backhanded compliments. "Oh, you look hot with your hair than weaves." "You look so great in a dress." He may as well tell you he only likes you after your face has been filtered so that it looks like he's viewing you through wax paper.

7. The guy who texts you every day for a week then disappears for 10 days, only to resurface and text you as if everything's normal. "Sorry, been busy at work. How r u?” and replies,’K’ as if he has no time to even write a full ‘okay’.Look,if he has enough time to go to the bathroom, he has enough time to send you a text message because you know he looked at his phone when he was in there.

Popularly called the American flag, the official national flag of the the United States. It consists of thirteen horizontal stripes, seven red alternating with six white, and , in the upper corner near the staff, a rectangular blue field or canton, containing fifty, five –pointed white stars. The stripes symbolize the thirteen colonies that originally constituted the United State America. The stars represent the fifty states of the Union. In the language of the Continental Congress which defined the symbolic meaning of the colors red, white and blue, as used in the flag. White signifies purity and Innocence, Red , Hardiness and Valor, and blue Vigilance, perseverance and justice. Because of its stars, stripes and clors, the American flag is frequently called the star-spangled Banner, the stars and stripes and the Red, White and Blue, Another popular , Patriotic designation, Old Glory , is of uncertain origin.

Origins of the American Flag, Early flags designed for use in the American colonies reflected the Old World origin of the colonists. In the British colonies many flags were adaptations of the British Union jack; The colors red, white and blue, which symbolized colonial unity, were first used in a flag in New England in 1737. The flag was blue with a white canton quartered (divided into four parts) by a red cross. In one upper quarter of the canton was a globe symbolizing in the new world.

Development of the American Flag. On june 14, 1777, Congress made the following resolution; The flag of the United state shall be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white , with a union of thirteen stars of white on a blue field. Official announcement of the new flag was not made until sep. 3 1777. When it was first flown has not been determined. Historical research has failed to establish a factual foundation for the traditional story that the flag maker Betsy Ross made the first American flag.

Display of the American Flag. A joint resolution adopted by congress in 1942 established a uniform code for display of the national flag. Included are the following rules.

The flag is usually displayed from sunrise to sunset in the open. It should be raised briskly and lowered ceremoniously. It is displayed daily, weather permitting , and especially on certain enumerated holidays, on or near the main adminstration buildings of all public institutions. It is also displayed in or near every polling place on election days and in or near every schoolhouse during school days.

Most women fear that as they age and the hormone levels drop, so too will their enjoyment of, and oftentimes desire for sex.

Fortunately, while diminishing hormones and sex may happen in the same breath, the latest research indicates that sexual desire has less to do with these changes than it does with lifestyle and other women's sexual health factors, at least some of which are under a woman's direct control.

According to reports from a group of distinguished European sex experts in the first ever supplement to The Menopause, the journal of the North American Menopause Society, the findings have helped healthcare professionals discard the notion that sexual difficulties occurring close to menopause are either biologic or physiologic.

The new research was part of a series of studies conducted on female sexual dysfunction by the department of clinical psychiatry and psychotherapy at Hanover Medical School in Hanover, Germany. As part of the overall project, 102 women aged 20 to “45 plus” answered 165 questions designed to flush out determinants of female sexual satisfaction.

Specifically, researchers hoped to determine satisfaction with sex life in general, sexual satisfaction and orgasm during intercourse, petting, masturbation, attitudes towards sexuality, quality of partnership, and women's sexual health myths.

Based on the study, there appeared to be no differences with respect to frequency of sexual intercourse or the desire for sexual activity not involving intercourse among the differing age groups. Age did not make a difference in regard to frequency of orgasm or in sexual satisfaction ratings with their partners. For example, 29% of women up to age 45 reported having orgasms “very often,” compared with 26% of women over age 45.

Even more dramatic was that while 41% of women over age 45 reported having orgasms "often," only 29% of younger women reported having orgasm "often."

Among the few differences in the groups: Women over 45 reported having fewer orgasms during non-intercourse sexual activity or during masturbation. Both groups of women reported a dual dimension necessary for successful lovemaking that included having both feelings of emotional closeness to their partner and satisfactory physical experiences.

After comparing all the answers from both older and younger women, as well as from women who reported sexual problems and those who did not, researchers concluded that the single most influential factor with regard to women's sexual health satisfaction via intercourse was the quality of the partnership, in particular the quality of mutual respect, which then becomes of greater importance as a woman ages.

After comparing these study results to earlier and ongoing findings, the researchers concluded that the basis of any sexual problems that did occur at midlife could not be drawn from menopause status or age alone. Instead, life stressors, contextual factors, past sexuality, and mental health problems are more significant predictors of midlife on women's sexual health interest than menopause status itself.

This study was just one of several research papers presented in the journal on the subject of women's sexual health dysfunction. Each one striving to shed much needed light on a subject that some believe has been hidden in the shadows too long.
