Mexyz:
Boss you better pray to God, don't allow anybody deceive you on getting the job since you've made it to this list o. Ask those that made it to this stage during FRSC recruitment and they will tell you better. Making it to this stage is not even a 60% guarantee. For everyone that would see this, please take anything federal government recruitment with not too much expectations, and do not put all hope on anything fed job if you don't have a strong connect there. Wish you all success in your screening. Thinking...... Does it mean my NIS officers friends that succeeded in 2018 don't know what they were saying when they were congratulating me for getting to this stage.. They said once my documents are intact am an officer already, saying getting to this stage isn't easy at all |

Sikpa04: Yes, almost but not there yet.
That's why I urge you all that made it to bring your A game to the screening ground. Get all your original and photocopies of the required documents.
Dress smart with your white salala (short & shirt) and be confident. This is the last stage and anyone who passes this stage is already an officer. Someone said our NIN will be imputed to check our data.. How true is it? Do you have any clue? |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Nigeria Immigration Service 2020 Recruitment by marvdon200(m): 2:19pm On May 16, 2021 |
Sikpa04: Y'all be careful with the information you spread do not mislead the populace.
The screening list has been released, and I doubt if there's a second one. If you didn't make it then I'm sorry there's nothing you can do (Except there's someone who wants you to come in through the back door, which can actually help and get you the job but have it at the back of your mind that you must attend training in camp).
I'd advice those who didn't make it to not build castles in the air and wait for a supposed "2nd list". Try out other military/ paramilitary recruitments. One must surely work out one day.
As for replacement, I have heard this thousands of times even before now but my question is WHO ARE YOU REPLACING??!!!
NIS has lots of vacancies that's why the advert was placed last year. They recruit officers they don't replace. Maybe the replacement is for civilian staff, I don't know.
I know people will quote me to tell me how they know a friend's brother/sister/family member who got in through replacement and all that dustbin gist.... I'll await your response. Meaning those invited for screening have almost gotten the job... |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Nigeria Immigration Service 2020 Recruitment by marvdon200(m): 10:18am On May 12, 2021 |
Dannyxy: Again, after the document screening and verification, you get your letter of appointment letter there that day.
The day for resumption of training will be sent you on a later day after that.
I am not arguing with anyone, I give you information, if you like take it or not, it's all choice.
Make sure all your documents are intact, no discrepancy, if there is discrepancy in especially "age", you appointment letter will not be given to you, and your recruitment probably cancelled immediately.. Amongst the four parastaral under cdficb, immigration is the most stringent, so be smart and careful. Is their possibility of them checking the info in our NIN? Can a government primary school testimonial cover fslc? |

Flukiragz: Out of the people shortlisted (3500), about 50-100 wouldn't know the NCS list is out.
I was lucky.
A friend of mine was going through daily trust newspaper when he saw d list and remembered I travelled to a place I haven't been to 4 d exam. He decided to go through and saw my name. If he hadn't called to inform me I wouldn't have know.
Some are not going to be dat lucky. Bro and you knew no one?? Which cadre did you apply for? |

Dannyxy: Your Politicians are stalling the Process, else text messages would and are supposed to be coming in next week..
The secretary Of the board is retiring soon, very soon, a new one is coming, so you guys be hopeful he tries to round up with process before he leaves...
All this your next, this week, with government recruitment you just have to be patient , there are supposed many hitches and bottlenecks, so when you see it, you see it noni.... Lol... not to discourage anyone, it would be tough for people with bsc to get in, as senior vacancy are limited, but with junior , there are so vacancy...
I don't want to give out too many info... all the best guys, no need for the hysteria and panic, when it comes it will they possibly select how many ssce per local govt and state?? |

gidob: If they shared the 6000 equally to all LGA as the CG said about 8 persons per LGA will go for screening. And when they recruit 4900, 6 persons per LGA will be recruited. Umm like how will they do the selection for all cadre Like how many will be selected per local govt via ssce holders, then how many per state via Inspectors and ASI |
