You Mean Web Development, To Be Frank With You, To B A Grounded Web Developer, U Need More Time And Resources(4learning) Which Will Take U 1year & Above To Master Just One Language, But I Advice, U Shul Go 4d Basics Just As U Said In Html & Css Which Is The Market Scheme Of Work In Tech Companies All Over The World Unless U've Enough Time & Money To Spend, But If U Want It As A Whole Course, It'll Hav To Be Just Short And Brief For That's The Purpose Of Learning.
