You Mean Web Development, To Be Frank With You, To B A Grounded Web Developer, U Need More Time And Resources(4learning) Which Will Take U 1year & Above To Master Just One Language, But I Advice, U Shul Go 4d Basics Just As U Said In Html & Css Which Is The Market Scheme Of Work In Tech Companies All Over The World Unless U've Enough Time & Money To Spend, But If U Want It As A Whole Course, It'll Hav To Be Just Short And Brief For That's The Purpose Of Learning.

Hello guys, am a political science graduate nd all i know abt computer is just d basic stuff, but i would like to learn about programming. Anyone with an idea on how i can go about it, any institution i can attend nd what d cost.

Which Way Suite Ur Style Could Be D Best, People Try One Way Or D Other But Gave Up Becos Of D Difficulties They Encounter Along D Line While Learning Programming, I Wouldn't Discourage U Rather, Everyone Hav A Way To Tell Others How Good To Learn Which Later Turns Out To Be The Best Or Never Works, There're Many I Will Recomend U But How Serious, Ur Learning & Undastanding Capabilities Are Determines Alot So As To Accomodate Urself When Things Get Confusing(Qualities Plays Key Roles In Learning Programming).
