From my understanding on this very matter, according to VDM, it was someone who contacted him to help recover some funds from Bobrisky, which VDM asked the very person, do you have any evidence to backup your claims? And the said person sent a voice message to VDM to backup his claim , and it was played online to the public, Why is Bobrisky sending lawsuit to VDM leaving the person who recorded their conversation?
