I have been focusing my research on private hostel investment in areas that will minimize your initial investment capital. i.e. Areas that - cost of land are relatively cheap. Cheap Labour. Cheaper building materials. but ,will attract high patronage from student after complition. I dont believe Epe and Ikorodu meet these critarea, am convinced that cost of land at Ikorodu and Epe will complete a project foundation at the mentioned institution.
