Lets define Genocide since Genocide is the problem, Genocide means the intentional destruction, in whole or in part, of a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group. The UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide specifies acts like killing members of the group, causing serious bodily or mental harm, or imposing conditions to physically destroy the group... so what are they saying? |
