Thanks but this is a 50/100 not 60/120. what can I comfortably build on the land, main house and b/q for example.

I was approached about buying a couple of plots of land 50/100 and am not sure how big a plot is? can someone give me some pointer?

This is very good to know. the main house is a bungalow and thank God it is still under constructio and not yet completed. However, borehole is already in place.

The place we are using as a storage now could probably serve as the small factory. Please advice.

I just came across this thread and are very interested in getting information to start this business. I did not think a borehole and location will be a problem but after going through the thread I see that one cannot run this business from one's resident even if the borehole is NAFDAC standard.
