WhiteIverson:
Wow

I'm sure mayorall will come and clear the air. I remember your philanthropy that year.

Thanks for the benefits of doubt.

nurey:
1. You were sold a defective product. If after downloading the AMD drivers and you are getting errors, then the GPU is faulty which cannot emanate from the fact that a system was left unused for even 6months.

2. For the seller to say he didn't even know the system had dedicated GPU is a big fat lie he is a seller of a product and has been for years so feigning ignorance is a tactics to evade culpability.

3. For the ram except if the other 8gig ram was not well fixed, no story here, you didn't receive what was advertised.

4. Just to educate you, there are two types of dedicated GPU
A. workstation GPU which yours fall into, they are not that in high demand because they are mostly used for productivity like AutoCAD etc. the laptops with such aren't that expensive.
B. Gaming GPU which are always expensive in laptops depending on the generation.

5. Just that Nigeria is a lawless country, he already sold you a defective product with shady specs from what was advertised, if you can involve law enforcement, use the screenshot of the evidence you have just that it may not give a required outcome on your part and you will still spend money for them to act.

Sorry bro. We sell in wholesale and most buyers are resellers. Our staff are not trained to install software like drivers and Microsoft packages. We do refer customers to those that does that.

Also not all zbook comes with GPU/dedicated cards. See below screenshot from Gemini and hp forum.

I hope this helps.

udemzyudex:
Lol.. Abi he don get full refund

He offered to give him #200k in return, trust me that's the best he can get after more than 2 months.

Like I said earlier, I'll advise he collect the #200k and count his losses . Unless if he have the time and money to take legal action he can go ahead.

I don't think that refund can work again. He was offered the refund in September 2025. This is January 2026 . He had used the laptop for 4 months + initial 2 months. It's already over used.

1. First image shows it was my staff that attended to you and you know it Ekundayo.

The advert I wrote and on my inventory list didnt show any dedicated graphics. This doesn't indemnify the company though.

2. You've used the laptop for two months before you came to complain. The dedicated graphic issue might had been from you. The price I set for that laptop was for a basic laptop , not laptop with Dedicated graphics, I would have set a price above 500k on it.

3. Screenshot 3: Ekundayo you were told to return the laptop for a partial refund and it would be sold as Nigerian used since you've used it for two months.

4. You claimed my staff supplied you 8gb ram, I told you we can upgrade it to 16gb ram for you free.

Two solutions were provided to you and you were asked to return the laptop since September 11, 2025. You didn't. The laptop had been with you for the past 7 months.

I really do not understand what you are saying here. But thanks for the Publicity though.

To everyone who had shown up for good here. Thank you soo much. I really appreciate.

wolero7:
Good evening everyone.

I know that @mayorall is not a scammer. We have done deals together in the past in his office at Anifowoshe before he travelled.

As it, It took the buyer time to report the errors. 2 months is too long naaa trust me,many sellers I know in Ikeja will not attend to you.

However, for sanity sake and because of your name, @mayorall, I know you, you are bigger than this. Refund him and let this chapter go. The fact that you said it has Dedicated graphics and it doesn't have 8s where I will fault you.

Collect the laptop and give him a full refund. No need to drag this issue further.

I hope this can be resolved amicably.

Thanks for your response. I am just seeing this.

He didn't chat with me, he chat with my office.

That's the number with mayorallcargo in his screenshot. The number with 07066435369 from his screenshot comes to me. I will check my phone history and check our chats.

He got this laptop around July 2025. By August he complained to my staff and I contacted him.
